 CCL ("paste" bentonite) :   is there a shrinkage during the installation?

    and have a lot of cracks
    and they crack most fastly.


Some people say that the bentonite "paste" is insensitive to polluted water.

In fact :    
All bentonite waterproofing CCL articles are Jointed with overlaps
In "paste" CCL, the  continuity of the  installation, is achieved by LAP-JOINTS overlapped.
After the installation, the "paste" CCL must be very  much hydrated with ground  water, so that the bentonite of LAP-JOINTS overlapped expand, to self-sealing and realise a leakproofing continuous barrier.
